About Us
rajssologin.com is an independent help guide for people using the Rajasthan SSO portal. We explain, in plain language, how to log in, register, recover a forgotten SSO ID or password, and fix the errors that stop people from getting their work done.
We’re not part of the government, and we never handle your login. We simply help you understand the process, then send you to the official portal, sso.rajasthan.gov.in, to complete it.
Why We Started This Site
Every year, thousands of people in Rajasthan get stuck at the same points: an OTP that never arrives, a captcha that keeps failing, a forgotten SSO ID just before a recruitment form closes, or a Jan Aadhaar mismatch that blocks registration. The official portal does the job, but it doesn’t always explain why something went wrong, or what to do next.
Most guides we found online were long, repetitive and often outdated. They still mentioned options that no longer exist, or listed helpline numbers that don’t appear anywhere on the official site. We built this site to be the clear, accurate guide we couldn’t find.
What We Cover
Our guides focus on the SSO ID and the services people reach through it:
- SSO ID login, including Meri Pehchaan sign-in and logging in on mobile
- SSO ID registration for Citizens, Udyog (businesses) and Government Employees
- Forgotten SSO ID and password recovery, on the website and by SMS
- Profile and account management, like changing your mobile number, merging duplicate IDs and linking Aadhaar
- Government job applications through the Recruitment Portal, including RPSC, RSSB, OTR and admit cards
- Services through SSO, such as e-Mitra, Jan Aadhaar, scholarships, pensions and employee services
- Troubleshooting for common login errors and their fixes
- Helpdesk contacts for RajSSO and related departments
Who Our Guides Are For

- Students applying for scholarships
- Citizens using e-Mitra, Jan Aadhaar and welfare services
- Government employees using SIPF, salary and service apps
- Business owners registering under the Udyog category
- First-time users, and anyone helping a family member get online
How We Check Our Information
Accuracy matters more than anything on a site like this. A wrong step or an outdated number can cost someone a deadline. So we follow a few simple rules:
- We check the official portal first. Steps, button labels, error messages and recovery options are compared directly against sso.rajasthan.gov.in.
- We use official sources for contact details. Helpline numbers and emails come from the portal’s own Helpdesk Details, not from other websites.
- We say when we can’t confirm something. If a detail can’t be verified, we leave it out or clearly say so, rather than guess.
- We date our key information. Pages with links and helpline numbers show a “last verified” date, so you know how current they are.
- We update when the portal changes. Government portals change their screens and rules from time to time. When we notice a change, or a reader tells us about one, we review and update the guide.
What We Will Never Do
- We will never ask for your SSO password, OTP, Aadhaar number or bank details.
- We do not have a login form. Every login and registration button on our site takes you to the official portal.
- We do not charge any fee to create or recover an SSO ID. Registration on the official portal is free.
- We do not claim to be the government, or to represent any government department.
If any page claiming to be us ever asks for your password or OTP, close it straight away.
