Spotted an outdated step, a broken link, or a helpline number that no longer works? Have a question about one of our guides? We’d like to hear from you. Reader feedback is one of the quickest ways we learn when the SSO portal changes.
Email: [email protected]
We usually reply within: [2–3 working days]
Please don’t send your SSO password, OTP, Aadhaar or Jan Aadhaar number, bank details, or photos of ID documents. We will never ask for them, and we don’t need them to help you.
What We Can Help With
Write to us about:
- Incorrect or outdated information in any of our guides
- Broken links or pages that don’t load
- A step that doesn’t match what you see on the official portal
- Questions about our guides, if something isn’t clear
- Topic suggestions for SSO-related problems we haven’t covered yet
- Copyright or content concerns
- Website issues, like display problems on mobile
To help us fix things faster, please include:
- The page link or title
- What’s wrong, or what you expected to see
- A screenshot of the official portal, if it helps (with any personal details hidden)
What We Can’t Help With
We are an independent help guide, not the official SSO portal, so we cannot:
- log in to, unlock, reset or change your SSO account
- check, edit or submit your applications or forms
- update your mobile number, Jan Aadhaar or Aadhaar details
- check exam results, admit cards, scholarship or pension status
- process payments or refunds
For anything to do with your own account or application, please contact the official helpdesks below.

A Quick Note on Safety
Nobody from our team will ever call or message you asking for your password, OTP or ID details. If someone contacts you claiming to be from rajssologin.com and asks for these, it’s a scam. Don’t reply. You can report online fraud on the national cyber crime helpline 1930, or at cybercrime.gov.in.
