This Privacy Policy explains what information rajssologin.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you visit our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve tried to keep it short and in plain language.

Who We Are

Our website address is https://rajssologin.com. We are an independent help guide for the Rajasthan SSO portal. We are not the official SSO portal, and we are not connected to the Government of Rajasthan or any government department.

The Most Important Point: We Never Collect Your SSO Login Details

Our website has no SSO login form, and we never ask for:

  • your SSO ID password or OTP
  • your Aadhaar or Jan Aadhaar number
  • your bank or payment details

All login, registration and recovery buttons on our site take you to the official portal, sso.rajasthan.gov.in. Anything you enter there is handled by the Government of Rajasthan under its own policies, not by us.

If any page claiming to be rajssologin.com asks for your password or OTP, close it straight away.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Comments: if you leave a comment, we collect the name, email address and website you enter, along with your comment, your IP address and your browser user agent. These help us detect spam.
  • Contact messages: if you email us or use our contact form, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write in your message.

Please don’t include passwords, OTPs, or ID numbers like Aadhaar or Jan Aadhaar in comments or messages. We will never need them.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, some information is collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and how long you stay. This helps us understand which guides are useful and keep the site working properly.

Gravatar

When you leave a comment, an anonymised string created from your email address (called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your Gravatar profile picture may appear publicly next to it.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use them for the following:

  • Comment cookies: if you leave a comment, you can choose to save your name, email and website in cookies, so you don’t have to type them again next time. These last for one year.
  • Analytics cookies: [if you use Google Analytics or similar] we use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are popular. This data is collected in aggregate.
  • Advertising cookies: [if you use Google AdSense or other ads] third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at https://adssettings.google.com.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as saved comment details, may not work without them.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • publish and moderate comments, and block spam
  • reply to your messages and questions
  • understand which guides are helpful, and improve our content
  • keep the website secure and running smoothly
  • [show ads that help keep the site free, if applicable]

We do not sell your personal information.

Who We Share Your Data With

We share information only where it’s needed to run the site:

  • Spam protection: comments may be checked by an automated spam detection service.
  • Hosting and security providers: our hosting and security services (such as Cloudflare) process technical data, like IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
  • Analytics and advertising partners: [if applicable] services like Google Analytics or Google AdSense, under their own privacy policies.
  • Legal requirements: we may share information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or website.

Embedded Content and External Links

Some pages may include embedded content, such as videos or images, from other websites. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you’d visited that website, and it may collect data about you, use cookies, or track your interaction with it.

Our guides also link to external websites, including the official SSO portal and other government sites. We aren’t responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, so please read their policies before sharing any information there.

How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely, so we can recognise and approve follow-up comments automatically.
  • Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up.
  • Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the analytics service we use.

Your Rights

If you’ve left a comment or contacted us, you can ask us to:

  • send you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • correct any inaccurate information
  • delete the personal data we hold about you

This doesn’t include data we must keep for administrative, legal or security reasons. To make a request, email us at the address below. If you’re in India, you also have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children’s Privacy

Our website is meant for a general audience. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us and we’ll delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page, along with an updated “Last updated” date.
